Will you provide online and offline purchases security ?

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for”https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

What is your cancel & refund policy?

DV Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has
therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

  • Items if found to be damaged or def ective on delivery should return the
    product with its original pack aging within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item paid b y credit/debit card will be refunded with in 5 -10 working days
  • Items paid via bank transfer shall be refunded within 5 – 10 working days.

What is your returns & refund policy?

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase:

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if
    applicable)
  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
    notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
    automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is of ten some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange itfor the sam e item, send us an email at care@dvtechnologies.in

Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should m ail your product to: DV Technologies,Unit No.106, Sethia Industrial Park, Golden Chariot hotel, Vasai East,Palghar 401208.
  • You will be responsible f or paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted f rom your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the tim e it may tak e f or your exchanged
    product to reach you, may vary.

 

What is your shipping & delivery policy?

Basic Delivery Information:

  • We understand that getting your items quick ly is im portant to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
  • Estimated shipping and delivery times are typicall y within 48 hours of receiving a payment. After credit approval and shipment, deliver y can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live.
  • Pre-order items take on average 25 to 30 working days to arrive.

Out of Stock Items:

  • While we make every effort to keep all listed m erchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item . If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quick ly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and k eep the order in place or cancel it or ask f or store credit.
